Terms & Conditions

NTS will follow accordingly installation instruction and standard of Manufacturers. Installation, Testing & Commissioning time will be taken approximately ( ) working days after delivery if all of the MEP works are ready at site.

1. Provide electrical power supply for the machines (Single Phase – 220 ~ 240 V, 50 Hz).
2. Provide isolators for machines with a unit consumption above 13 Amperes.
3. All drilling, welding, and iron structure work must be provided by the client.
4. Handle loading and unloading of machines at the site or work area.
5. Provide scaffolding if necessary.
6. We strongly remind the client to operate all machines according to the rated voltage, frequency, and correct water and gas (LPG) pressure.;
   1. Single phase: (220 ~ 240) V, 50 Hz
   2. Three phase: (380 ~ 415) V, 50 Hz
   3. Water Pressure: 2 ~ 4 bar
   4. Gas (LPG) Pressure:
   5. Regulator Inlet: 10 ~ 20 psi
   6. Regulator Outlet: 2.8 Kpa / 28 mbar
7. The client must provide the necessary precautions and protections against voltage and frequency fluctuations.
8. Wall hacking, chipping, plastering, and ceiling work must be provided by the client.

Our installation work does not cover civil work, electrical wiring, plumbing, gas supply systems, exhaust systems, ventilation systems, or ducting for any unit sold.

All required installation materials—such as electrical cables, conduits, water hoses, gas supply hoses, drainage pipes, water taps, and waste drain valves for basins—must be provided by the customer (buyer).

Installation is provided free of charge; however, the customer shall bear all transportation costs (round-trip travel from NTS Mart to the customer’s location), as well as meal allowances and accommodation for works outside the Yangon area.
Additional transportation charges (subject to location) will apply if M&E works are not ready or do not meet the equipment requirements at the time the customer confirms the installation schedule.
If the customer is unable to arrange transportation, accommodation, or an installation team, the NTS Engineering Team may assist by checking and testing the equipment prior to delivery. However, the Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during delivery.
Installation can only be completed when all required accessories and recommended provisions are fully prepared, as stated in Client’s Responsibilities, item (b), clause 6. Operation guidelines and warranty coverage shall strictly follow the terms and conditions stated on the Warranty Card.

1. This Warranty Card provides warranty coverage solely for the period specified herein, commencing from the date of purchase.
   • Within the first (       ) month(s), the Service Centre shall provide free service for repairs arising from manufacturing defects and original material defects.
   • For the remaining warranty period ( month(s)), the Service Centre shall charge only for replacement spare parts. Labor and repair services shall be provided free of charge.
   • With regard to electrical and electronic controls, during the first (       ) month(s), except for switches, door seals, lighting, handles, blades, display panel units, knobs, valves (gas/oil/water), and thermocouples, the Service Centre shall provide spare parts and repair services free of charge. During the subsequent (       ) month(s), repair services shall be provided free of charge; however, the cost of spare parts shall be chargeable.
   • Customers are responsible for transportation charges (round-trip travel from NTS Mart to the customer’s location), as well as meal allowances and accommodation for service calls outside the Yangon area. For service calls within the Yangon area, transportation charges will apply for each service visit.
2. To maintain the validity of the warranty, the user shall install, operate, and maintain the machine strictly in accordance with the instructions, specifications, and requirements stated in the operation manual. The warranty shall be limited to defects in materials and workmanship arising from the manufacturing process only.
3. Upon inspection, if the serial number of the sold product does not match the machine serial number stated on the Warranty Card, or if it is found that repairs have been carried out by any party other than the NTS Service Centre, the warranty shall be deemed null and void
4. If the machine is damaged due to mishandling (user fault), unstable power supply, poor quality of gas or water, lightning, electrical surge, or overload use, the user shall bear the cost of replacement spare parts and applicable repair charges, even if such damage occurs within the warranty period.
5. Any loss or damage caused by natural disasters, insects, pests, accidental mishaps during transportation, or the use of other parts in conjunction with the machine shall not be covered under this warranty.

Remark: Please fill in all required information to fully benefit from the warranty. Do not attempt to overhaul the machine yourself. Kindly bring your machine to our Service Centre along with this Warranty Card. Thank you.

ဤအာမခံကဒ်ပြားအား အချက်အလက်များပြည့်စုံစွာဖြည့်စွက်ပြီး ၀ယ်ယူသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ (၁) တစ်လအတွင်း NTS Myanmar Authorized Service Center သို့ ပြန်လည်ပေးပို့ရမည်။

၁။  အာမခံကဒ်ပြား ၀ယ်ယူသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ သတ်မှတ်ကာလအတွင်းအတွက်သာ အာမခံခြင်းဖြစ်သည် ။

• ပထမ(       )လ အတွင်း ပြုပြင်ခနှင့် မူလပစ္စည်းချို့ယွင်းမှုအတွက် အခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။
• ကျန် အာမခံကာလ(       ) လအတွက် အပို ပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးကျသင့်ငွေဖြင့် လက်ခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။
• Electrical & Electronic Controls များတွင် Spare Part နှင့် လက်ခအားလုံးအတွက် ၀ယ်ယူပြီး ပထမ(        )လအတွင်း Switch, Door  Seals,  Light  Bulbs,  Handles,  Blades,  Display  Panel  Unit, Knob  &  Thermocouple  စ‌သော (User) အသုံးပြုသူနှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ထိတွေ့သော အစိတ်အပိုင်းများမှလွဲ၍ အပိုပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးနှင့် လက်ခ အခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။ ဒုတိယ (       ) လ အတွင်း ဖြစ်ပါက အာမခံကာလအတွက် အပို ပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးကျသင့်ငွေဖြင့် လက်ခမဲ့ပြုပြင်ပေးပါမည် ။
• ရန်ကုန်မြို့တွင်း Service တစ်ကြိမ်တိုင်းအတွက် ခရီးစရိတ်ကောက်ခံမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည် ။ နယ်ဖြစ်ပါက အသွားပြန်ခရီးစရိတ် (NTS မှသက်ဆိုင်ရာဒေသသို့) စားစရိတ်နှင့် နေထိုင်စားရိတ်များကို ၀ယ်ယူသူမှ ကျခံပေးရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည် ။

၂။  ပစ္စည်းများသုံးစွဲရာတွင် အာမခံခြင်းအကျုံး၀င်စေရန် သုံးစွဲမှုလမ်းညွှန်စာအုပ် (Manual Book ) တွင်     ပါ၀င်သည့် အချက်အလက်များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာတပ်ဆင် အသုံးပြုသွားရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည် ။ Warranty သည္ Factory မှ ပြစ်ချက်၊ ချို့ယွင်းချက်များသာ အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။

၃။  ‌ရောင်းချထားသော ပစ္စည်း၏ Serial No. နှင့် အာမခံကဒ်ပြားရှိ စက်အမှတ်စဥ်များအား တိုက်စစ်ဆေးရာတွင် တူညီမှုမရှိခြင်း၊ ပြင်ဆင်ထားခြင်း၊ NTS Myanmar Authorized Service Center မှ မဟုတ်သော အခြားနေရာများတွင် ပြုပြင်ထားခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ထားပါက အာမခံအခွင့်‌ရေးများ ဆုံးရှုံးပျက်ပြယ်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၄။ စက် ပစ္စည်းသုံးစွဲရာ လွဲမှားစွာ သုံးစွဲမိခြင်း၊ လျှပ်စစ်မီးအားအတက်အကျကြောင့် စက်တွင်ချို့ယွင်းမှုဖြစ်ပေါ်ခြင်း၊ မိုးကြိုးလျှပ်စီး၀င်၍ပျက်စီးခြင်း၊ ခံနိုင်စွမ်းအားထက် ပိုမိုသုံးစွဲလာခြင်း(over load) စသည့် တစ်နည်းနည်းတို့အား ပြုပြင်ပေးရာတွင် အာမခံကာလအတွင်းဖြစ်သော်လည်း ပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုးနှင့် လက်ခကျသင့်ငွေများ ပေးချေရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၅။  သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်များကြောင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ Pest (ပိုးဟပ်၊ ကြွက် စသည့်) Insect များကြောင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ ဝယ်ယူသူ၏သယ်ဆောင်ရာမှ မတော်တဆပျက်စီးခြင်းကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ စက်ဖြင့်တွဲဖက် အသုံးပြုသော အခြားပစ္စည်းများကြောင့် လည်းကောင်း ချို့ယွင်းပျက်စီးခြင်းသည် ဤအာမခံချက်နှင့် အကျုံးမဝင်ပါ။

မှတ်ချက်။         ။ ဤအာမခံ အကျိုးခံစားမှု အပြည့်အ၀ရရှိစေရန် အာမခံကဒ်ပြားပါ အချက်အလက်များအား ပြည့်စုံစွာ ဖြည့်စွက်ပေးပါရန်၊ ထပ်မံပြင်ဆင် ဖြည့်စွက်ခြင်းများ မပြုလုပ်ရန် နှင့်၊ ပစ္စည်းပြင်ရန် လာ‌ရောက်သည့် အခါတိုင်း အာမခံကဒ်ပြား မပျက်မကွက် ယူလာပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံပါသည်။
